Korpiklaani

Korpiklaani (Finnish: Forest Clan) is a folk metal band from Finland who were formerly known as Shaman.

These guys are very populair in many parts of Europe and achieved much more popularity when they released the song "Vodka"!!!! This song is really catchy. Be warned that listening to this song really makes you want to grab a bottle of Vodka to drink!!! They also released a single named "Tequila" hahaha

Can't help being reminded of Caribbean rum music, only this is actually musically epic. Great band.

What is the most popular alcohol drink in the Caribbean? Maybe there is a metal band out here in the Caribbean that would like to be the first to do something similar as Korpiklaani?

My friends joked about it, rum seems to be the most popular.. Seeing that you're from Suriname you might not be familiar with this type of torture music, here's a listen. I'm pretty sure metal bands would not like to be compared with this stuff.
